Older form records are being retained during the migration so existing enquiries are not lost; they will be reviewed and removed when no longer needed. If you become a customer, relevant records may need to be kept for longer to deal with the work, queries, tax, accounting or legal requirements.

Cookies and browser storage

This version of the website does not include analytics or advertising trackers. It stores your acknowledgement of the privacy notice in your browser’s local storage so the notice does not appear again on every page. Campaign tags may be kept in session storage while you browse so they can be attached to an enquiry if you contact us. When the enquiry form is submitted, the server uses a short-lived session to limit repeated submissions. Your browser may store a session cookie for this purpose.

If analytics, advertising or other optional tracking is added later, this policy and the cookie notice should be updated, and any required consent should be collected before that tracking starts.
